Terms of Sale

KITS. We try to ship unassembled kits within 24-48 hours (1-2 business days) after payment is received. In certain cases, there may be delays (for example: Out of stock, waiting for parts, special order items, etc.)

READY-MADE OR PRE-ASSEMBLED MODULES. Please allow 2-3 weeks lead time for pre-assembled modules and kits after payment is received. Sometimes, there will be a surge in incoming orders (after someone posts a  review of our products on boards, forums, social networks, etc), and lead-time could extend up to 4 weeks.

All modules are carefully hand-made here in the USA. We don't export production of our modules to other countries. So thank you in advance for your patience.

NO PARTIAL SHIPMENTS. Please note, we can't ship your kit or order if there is a missing part. We do not do partial kit shipments. In certain cases, we may allow partial shipments at our discretion. Shipping charges for the extra shipment will be at our expense unless arranged otherwise.

LEAD TIME. Our kits require several components that come from multiple suppliers. If certain components required in the kit or module are out-of-stock, the lead time will reflect how many days or weeks it will take for the supplier to ship the component/part. This is just an estimate and not a guaranteed time. Note that PRE-ASSEMBLED, READY-MADE modules and kits will always have a lead time. See note above.

ALL ORDERS ARE FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE. If you place an order when there is a lead time (i.e. a component/part required is out of stock or the preamp needs to be assembled), you'll be the first to receive the kit when the part becomes available again. Preamp orders will be shipped out in the order it was received.

PAYPAL ONLY. You can pay by credit card via Paypal. We only accept payment via Paypal. No bank transfers, money order, or check payments except in special circumstances.

We also do not keep any payment information like credit card number, bank account number, or debit card number. All these payment information are secured and kept safe by PayPal. See Paypal.com for more details about Paypal's security.

Note: You'll see "Web10Hosting" as the name of our business Paypal account.

ORDERS ARE PAID IN FULL AND IN ADVANCE. Your Paypal or credit card will be charged when you place your order, NOT when we ship the order. IF THIS IS GOING TO BE A PROBLEM FOR YOU, DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER. Wait until the kit or module becomes available again. But you'll have to wait at the end of the line. All orders are first-come, first serve. Note that PRE-ASSEMBLED, READY-MADE modules and kits will always have a lead time. See note above.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING. Shipping fees cover our shipping cost, package insurance, labor, etc. Note that high-value items will have a higher shipping fee due to increased insurance cost. Bulky and heavier items also tend to have higher shipping fees. All non-USA customers are charged a fixed shipping fee, regardless if you're in Canada or New Zealand.

U.S Orders over $50 will be shipped via Fedex or UPS Ground. The Fedex or UPS website will email you your tracking number. U.S. Orders below $50 may be shipped via USPS Priority or First-Class Mail.

International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail ONLY with Insurance and Tracking Number. We do not ship International packages via UPS/Fedex/DHL or any other carrier - even if it's your account number. 

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS will be responsible for VAT and custom fees, if any.

WE WILL ALWAYS BE TRUTHFUL IN OUR DECLARATION ON CUSTOM FORMS. We will not lie, mark it as a gift, sample, or lower the stated value of the kit. Don't even ask. If this is unacceptable for you, DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER.
